Dear Readers,

This blog is created to Share plethora of management key learning, its applications & examples in most simplified way.  Initially, this blog was created as an assignment, as part of my Digital Interactive Marketing course of my MBA. However, during the class lectures, its importance was realized and therefore, I decided to be active on my blog. I am looking forward to share my rich learnings & skills i gained so far, with its co-relation to the practical instances.

You can expect to know the key learning, which made big impact on my personality, attitude and changed my life, for forever.

To give you my brief background, basically I am an Electrical engineering graduate with almost 17 years of experience as of now, active into Industrial Automation & control system designing. I started my career in Delhi in 1994, worked there for almost 6 years. Finally landed in Dubai in 2001. Since then Dubai has been my second home.

Thanks to my MBA, I became the Founder and CEO of upcoming retail chain of stores in India, Started our first store in July 2012 and running successfully. Planning to start another 9 similar stores with in next 5 years.

This blog has given me a great platform to share my real experiences, enriched with logical thinking due to my engineering background and business skills acquired through MBA. Amalgamation of both equipped me to conquer the practical issues..
